What a fantastic trip we had - thanks so much!! Especially loved the Nelson accommodation (Grand Mercure Monaco) - would recommend the venue to everyone, so well finished and lovely. Were lucky enough to have fantastic weather as we went around, loved Lake Tekapo what a fantastic place to stay (Peppers Bluewater Resort Tekapo)! Everything went really smoothly; most places also let us in earlier than usual check in time if we arrived early which was nice. Thought the pack that you sent us through was a really nice touch, we used the brochures to decide the best things to do in each area and Sarah and I both kept a diary as we went around and she loved the fact that she had her own book!

Once again, many thanks for making this trip go so smoothly - must say it's lovely to turn up at a place and know that you've got accommodation all sorted and just have to check in! Just after my initial New Zealand travel plans were finally not going to happen in September, I found the New Zealand Safari with ANZ Tours (guided German speaking tour) via an Internet search engine. I really enjoyed the horse treck. Just to ride for hours and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand. To cook together in the evening in the middle of nowhere and staying in tents overnight. I would highly recommend this Treck to everyone with a spirit for adventure.

I was fascinated by the beautiful, vast and pure landscape of New Zealand. Activities such as Skydiving, Ice-climbing etc. are well organised and offered at a fair price. One of the best things however is the adventurous spirit of the New Zealanders; wherever you are or whatever you would like to experience, no matter how crazy the idea is, they are there to motivate you and to help you out if a problem occurs.

New Zealand, located "down under" or if you turn the map of the world upside down you find it is located in the centre of the map. Offering scenery of stunning beauty, here you find the majestic Fiords of Norway, the beautiful snowcapped mountains of Switzerland and endless green landscape like those found in Ireland, magical beaches like Portugal, volcanic crater landscapes, geysers similar to those in Iceland and just friendly people everywhere. The South Island would be the jewel of the country.

But how do you get all the information to experience the beauty of New Zealand when you are at trying to plan your trip from the other side of the world? We experienced the friendly, competent and patient help from Sabine at Mosaic Travel who always answered our emails promptlyand patiently (I think they must also work during the night). Sabine offered us suggestions for a range of activities and budgets and taking care of special requests like those for our sons' birthday which he celebrated during our holiday. All our tours were outstandingly planned by Sabine, the accommodation (partially hotels, partially Bed & Breakfast - as requested by us) all had the very best quality criteria and were to our highest satisfaction. We felt looked after by Sabine during the whole trip. One can confidently say that if you are planning a trip to New Zealand , contact Mosaic Travel and you will be left with lifelong memories of your holiday.

You must try the muffins – I’ve been missing them for the last year.

I will definitely come back to New Zealand , but would only travel with Mosaic Travel.
