KIRRA TOURS WARBIRDS CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Deposit: A deposit of $400 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation. If Kirra Tours does not receive this deposit by the due date, reservations may be cancelled without notice.

Final Payment: The balance of monies due must be received by Kirra Tours at least 65 days prior to departure to facilitate timely preparation and delivery of documents.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, you agree to pay the following cancellation fees listed below. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and provides protection against most legitimate reasons for cancellation.

• For bookings cancelled after reservations have been confirmed and up to 65 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $400 per person will apply. Between 64 and 8 days prior to departure 50% of the cost will apply. Within 8 days of departure there is no refund. The client is responsible for the cancellation fees immediately and cancellations must be received in writing.
• Warbirds Airshow passes are non-refundable.

Prices: All prices and amounts quoted are for New Zealand land content only. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices may be subject to change during the validity of this brochure due to pricing factors beyond the conrol of Kirra Tours. Any changes in prices affecting a client will be advised immediately they become known.

Coach Tour Inclusions: Twin share accommodation with private facilities, 3 Day Warbirds over Wanaka Airshow Gold Pass, Inclusions as outlined on this page, New Zealand GST, return airport transfers, services of a professional coach captain, luxury coach travel, Kirra Tours travel kit including travel bag, ticket wallet and T-shirt voucher.

Not included: Airport arrival/departure taxes, charges for excess luggage, personal services, gratuities, laundry, drinks, meals except as specified, pre-travel documentation, personal accident and medical expenses including all communication charges incurred on a passenger’s behalf.

Self-Drive Packages - Vehicle Bonds: Insurance, accident and fuel bonds apply to the vehicle featured within these self-drive itineraries.

Conditions of Booking Note: Due to the diversity of product featured on this website it is not possible to practically detail all Conditions of Booking, Deposit and Cancellation information. Intending travellers with concerns as to specific details on these matters should read Mosaic Travel's Terms and Conditions and be satisfied with them before requesting any firm reservations be made on their behalf. By instructing Mosaic Travel either verbally or in writing to proceed with reservations on your behalf the client shall be taken to have accepted these conditions of booking as binding.
